The reboot is almost eighty episodes, longer than OG even accounting for half-length episodes, so I'm not gonna bother even though it seems reasonably okay (let's be honest, I ended up watching the OG for the practical effects more than the story, my super rescue show jam is the Tomica Hero series)

wow the 1966 Thunderbirds movie really is awful, no wonder it tanked (the models are cool enough, but even they aren't really movie-tier cool)

So my impression of the OG Thunderbirds is that on average Lady Penelope's episodes are the highlights of the whole series, a series supposedly about really cool futuristic rescue jets
Doesn't help that the brothers have no personality other than professionalism, while Penelope and Parker are fun

Joshua Ivan Durksen has been consistently one of the most fun drivers to watch in F2, he doesn't always have the ultimate race-long pace (I presume it's the tyre management) but over both seasons he's been in the thick of things at the relative front nearly every race in a very mediocre car
