I like to use the X-Pan to create a cacophony of information to just overwhelm the viewer. Kind of like my own Where’s Waldo. I was never much for the “cinematic” look that the aspect ratio can give.I decided to stretch my legs and see what that looked like for me. Still finding my legs with it

New from 404 Media: Delta, United, American etc don't want you to know they sold your flight data to DHS. The country's airlines sell bulk names and flight itineraries to DHS to be searched without a warrant. Contract tells DHS to not reveal where this data came from www.404media.co/airlines-don...

"as part of the contract told CBP to not reveal where the data came from"

that sounds completely above board and not at all suspicious
NEW: A data broker owned by major airlines sold domestic US flight data to DHS, telling the dept. not to disclose that, according to records obtained by @404media.co—copublished in partnership with @wired.com. No paywall bc FOIA @josephcox.bsky.social w/ the scoop: www.wired.com/story/airlin...

It's weird looking at old work, but @dropkickmurphys.com reminded me why they are real ones 🫡 Happy to have an excuse to dig this one up from 2012 and I was just starting my arts journey

More expired Portra 160 NC. I am still mystified by the colors I got out of this old pro pack. But this was the last roll I had left

Shooting through some old Portra 160 I’ve been hanging on to and the colors are just absolutely wild. No idea how this happened because I’ve never had 160 come out quite like this(sharing the scan but also got roughly this in the darkroom)

Mr. Rogers said "look for the helpers," but his advice was for CHILDREN.

If your ass is grown your role is to BE the helper.

I wish I could find the person who said this originally, but it's been too long.

According to Curtis, the rise of mass marketing in the 1900s changed the "citizen" into a "consumer". And I believe a similar shift is happening again.
