One of the best examples of racial exceptionalism clouding basic cognitive function on the part of a subset of the US commentariat was when the NYT ran a rare story about the IDF shooting children in the head and evidenced this with actual MRIs and X-Rays and people still denied this was possible.

It seems to be a pattern that if an immigrant is following all the rules, and an ICE or CPB screwup embarrasses the Feds, they then will move heaven and earth to punish the person they hurt in the first place. Look at how hard they're going after Abrego Garcia. Or Renee Good's (non-immigrant) widow.

But what's the point of this? What does this person want to happen or to stop happening? They are hurt because they put in slow work that allowed an adventure? Did the adventure cause them harm? Did the unglamorous working cause them harm? What is the ask, here? What is the criticism?
Not to be too vulnerable on main, but I think what is really upsetting and ultimately hurtful to me about the Stancil stuff is that a lot of us (especially women) have put in a ton of work slowly, unglamorously trying to build the sorts of organizing frameworks that made his adventurism possible.

The main thing I've noticed about attempting to participate in protests & demonstrations over the years as an isolated proletarian desperate for class solidarity is that the organizers are always a creepy, highly exclusive clique of occultist-esque "experienced organizers" enforcing esoteric rules.
You're being incredibly cavalier about this Stancil. You should listen to experienced activists and stop broadcasting shit for clout. That is what this looks like, you want clout.
It is also worth remembering that the thing we are doing is figuring out where they are and then following them in our private vehicles. They don’t need to do forensic analysis of a Times article to figure out who we are; they can just turn around
