The riots in 2020 were huge & not just in America. They happened in many countries in Europe & across the world. I don't think your Democrats arranged all that.

The disturbances in 2025 were localised & short lived.
I don't condone any of them.

If Polanski was advocating for a more robust Nato v 2.0
I would fully support that. It seems more like a complete withdrawal.

Currently the UK +allies have a policy of - try & ride it out till 2028 in hope.
This at least buys us time & is pragmatic.

I've studied Russian Active Measures & Maskirovka for a couple of decades. I can assure you they don't discriminate & they will seek to influence any & all useful parties wherever they have a way in.
Because of their misplaced sympathies - some on the Left are useful vessels (I'm being polite here).
