PGMOL is effectively a referees union and college, while VAR is the technology tasked with oversight of correcting referees.
PGMOL operates VAR.
Now do you see which acronym is the problem?
Since noone else jumped in , I should point out that this may be exactly what management were aiming for.

Clubs this summer wont be certain of who is a target or a casual approach once the first midfielder is in.

Having said that watch the club put in a bid for 2 midfielders on the first day 🤣
Problem iss there are far toio many ifs and buts this Summer now to forsee anything. Predictions are guesses at this point.

Genuinely believe the verdict has been in for a long while now.

But the delay is in finding a punishment that is both reflecttive of the severity and doesnt lead English football open to claims from other clubs, especially those in Europe, to be compensated.

Sources say it could take at least another year - with no one knowing when the 3 judges will have the initial judgment - provoking core Qs about this process

I hate to say this but Rio may be right stretching to Conte, but De Zerbi may be too inexperienced in big roles and might be overwhelmed.
Club lacking stability with penny-pinching owners, an interfering Director of Football and sub-par players, seeks ‘lunatics’ with histories of short stays at clubs, who require money, that struggle working under interfering Directors of Football and fall out with players on a regular basis. Perfect!

Now and again a post pops up that defies all logic and you have to pause the facepalm to check if its a crap joke and/or the date.

Normal fans have known of Estevao for 2-3 years and the more obsessed for around 5. This guy discovered him 20 mins ago and really thought hes onto something.🤦‍♂️

Just listened to Michael Carrick's first interview on MUTV.

Good lad - always was.

As fans it's simple. We have 17 games to get European football.

We can do this fellow Reds.

Always keep the faith.

Havent noticed anyone picking up on Steve Hollands hiring.

Now while Im happy to see experience enter the building, is noone else concerned about the fact Holland was Southgates assistant?

Its a bloody terrifying appointment and I cant believe im going to have to quote Gaspode but "IT BODES"😨😨😨

This sounds crazy but...

Slot is now dead man walking,
Pep may be going,
Arteta blows the title now and hes cooked,
Frank is Spursy,
Emery could be poachable by the right club,
Howe is no longer safe with PSR removed,
and who would ever call a Chelsea manager safe?.

Summer could be mental.

Sometimes I feel I missed a punchline.

Is venison nutritionally superior to vegetable?
In which case why is there veg?

Is vension somehow more manly?
Because Id say an image of 2 sausages, One cowering under green leaf and one surrounded by sprouts carrot and potato isnt the image to go to.😂
Venison sausages, ya fuckin’ veggies!

1.

Ive long waited for science to explain this but theres a point in life after the neurons start dieing out when we revert to our childhood.

The focus on cost while miscalculating inflation by years, the focus on simpler times or old interests, and a few go all in reverting to childhood
No one has the balls to tell Shitler that his ideas stink as much as he does... They aren't financially viable and makes no good common sense. I guess that's why he's been through bankruptcy so many times.

Honestly? I cant believe that the tempory appointment at ManUtd is still rolling on as front page news.

In a world where Real Madrid have taken the exact same steps as ourselves.
Where gossip predicts Alonso replacing Slot.
Where Tottenham allow a DoF thats leaving to continue buying players.

Well its refined my choice for next manager.

Tuchel or Conte are the only managers with the sheer forcefulness to even have a chance at breaking the current cycle of playing so badly theres a reluctance to point a finger at PGMOL for playing the lead role.

Sucks because I dont like either. 🤢

Ally McCoist praising the Brighton defender for pulling back Sesko tells you everything you need to know about the current state of English football.

Could you even imagine for a sscond any of the great commentators like Motty or Moore praising foul play?
January 11, 2026 at 6:31 PM
Right its clearly Fletchs last game in charge.

Get yourself into the press conference and tear PGMOL a new one, theres more than enough cock-ups to let rip about , drop an f bomb, and leave the whole press in no doubt that the line has been crossed and these shitshows wont be tolerated.
January 11, 2026 at 6:24 PM
Welbeck deserved his goal but...

United look lost and completely bereft of any idea of how to manage the reeferee let alone Brighton. 11 v 11 is a challenge but this is clearly 11 v 14.

Hoopers deicision making is completely one sided and demands explanation.
January 11, 2026 at 6:03 PM
Hooper watched dorgu pushed in the back gives nothing then immediately gives a foul for a nothing Ugarte tackle.

Its so disingenuous it has to be a conscious effort.
January 11, 2026 at 5:48 PM
Finding it hard to summon any positivity here at all.

No VAR, One of the divisions worst referees, a near side linesman that has had 3 decisions to make and got all 3 wrong, Dalot and Mount dont work because both roam, and Dalot back to his peak 4 at the back form.

Only relief is Kobbie.
January 11, 2026 at 5:25 PM
No VAR, No accurate decisions.

Only in English football could you predict that and then sit and watch precisely that unfold with no atttempt from officials to prove the statement wrong.

Given doing his utmost to place a whole new meaning to the term "goalkeepers are a different breed".🤦‍♂️

Nope, this is the only acceptable version now.😂

Anyone else intrigued that theres a lot of talk or guardiolas succesor (He said hed walk away if City were guilty).

Theyve been stacking the first team squad (Gaurdiola previously warned he prefers smaller squads).

And now theyre making a huge push signing kids for the academy, in Winter?

What the hell is wrong with our country, sittting MPs supporting a move to Facebook???

Thats the Facebook that gave acccess to Cambridge Analytica, that then exploited that data to suport Brexit fro russian paymasters, the Facebook owned by Zuckerberg who himself lied to a governemnt inquiry?
EXCLUSIVE: Leaked WhatsApp messages show Labour MPs urging govt to leave X, arguing that it should "show direction to others in the UK"

The MPs said X owner Elon Musk is "fascist" and that the platform's AI tool, Grok, had put "children in harm's way"
January 9, 2026 at 9:27 PM
There really is no excuse for such a sloppy job generating AI slop.

Given the tango turd's adoration of cheesy pop, surely he'd be wearing an itsy bitsy teeny weeny yellow polka dot bikini?.
😂

(Also that really does look like an ad for moob reduction surgery.😂)
