It's a great idea to counter the partisanship that seems to be poisoning just about everything today.
This should become a trend with all high school, college and pro 'ships - winning team orgs donating to opponent charitable orgs. Bring sportsmanship back to sports.

Having slept on it, it’s really set in that the Blue Jays loss last night was one of the most gutting pro sports losses I can remember. Absolutely brutal. My heart goes out to 🇨🇦

True. Everyone now knows that giving the dick anything just makes him ask for more, so why bother starting down that path?
We did drop the digital service tax as a concession as a good faith bargaining maneuver, for all the good it did us considering Trump hits us with disrespect and retaliatory tariffs if he gets big mad. Who knows, maybe we will get another 10% if the Jays win.

I went to a meaningless Twins/Dodgers game in Sept. two years ago to watch Ohtani and count myself among the lucky few to see the best baseball player ever perform live.

A huge congrats to the Jays for an awesome win last night! Records broke all over the place including one for Addy Barger. The first Pinch hit grand slam in world series history! Amazing when he began the year in AA. Also great job by rookie phenom pitcher Trey Yesavage! Amazing show! ❤️

I was surprised to learn Hoekstra was born in the Netherlands. His generation was raised to deeply respect Canada for its heavy lifting ending their country's long Nazi occupation in WW2.
