Hello Bluesky people.
My first post, and I can think of no better message to everyone than this one, from Bertrand Russell in 1959. Enjoy.

I made a meme on Farage’s awkward interview with BBC Wales political editor Gareth Lewis. Kudos to him.

Free speech for me but not for thee.

It baffles me why much of the mainstream media and so-called journalists give Farage a free ride — it is in their interests not to. He is a threat to them, and to the country as a whole.

Farage says all 23 people who went to school with him are lying, but he also can't remember what he did 50 years ago.

That doesn't make sense.

Clearly, he was prolific and he targeted more.

People often remember bullies for the rest of their lives, too.

Do you remember bullies at your school?

In the 70’s, CEO’s were paid about 20x the median pay of their employees.

In 2025, CEO’s are paid about 113x the median pay of their employees.

The median pay for an FTSE CEO is now £4.6m.

Yet somehow slightly increasing NI contributions and minimum wage for young people prevents growth.

Farage tried also tried to recruit Enoch Powell as a UKIP candidate at least twice, and called him his “political hero” in 2008.

And Farage wants people to believe all 23 of his fellow students at Dulwich College were lying about his bullying, racism, and antisemitism over about 6 years.

Starmer said “I didn't start it, Miss" after leading pupils in a viral 6-7 dance at a school after it was recently banned.

In a post on Starmer’s Instagram, the caption of the video said "I think I just got myself put in detention..."

Great stuff. The kids will remember it for years.

Farage wasn't just a racist at school — he was also a bully and an anti-semite.

Vile then, vile now. ‘A leopard doesn't change its spots’, as the old saying goes.
Though, I wouldn't compare him with a leopard in any other way.

Trump also claimed 53 times during the campaign trail that he would end the war between Russia & Ukraine within 24 hours.

It's been about 7,400 hours since he was inaugurated again.

Now he claims there is ‘big progress’ and ‘something good just may be happening’.

All BS. He’s Putin’s puppet.

In Budget week, I am afraid we have to talk about Brexit.

A new report from economists at the BoE, Kings College and others puts the hit to our economy at 6 to 8% of of UK GDP.

That equates to circa £66billion in lost tax revenue.

That's why we have to go further and faster on the UK/EU reset.

Just seen @channel4news.bsky.social doing a bit on what CBI people think of the Budget.

Thing is, it hasn't happened yet.
It seems many of them are believing the media BS.

Frankly, I don't give a toss about what a load of overpaid CEO’s think anyway.

The mainstream media would have you believe they've already covered everything in the Budget already.

In fact, what they've done is just speculate, because they don't know what's in the Budget.
