In the ten days since I wrote something titled "Everywhere Is Under Water" about flooding in Romania/Poland/etc, Nigeria/Chad/west Africa, and Vietnam/Myanmar/nearby, OTHER flooding has killed more than 20 in parts of Mexico, around 150 in Nepal, and at least 66 in the US thanks to Helene.
I wrote this a bit more than a week ago, before Helene but after OTHER flooding spread across four continents, and, well...
