We were told to consult with JAG if we found ourselves in that situation. Trump has diminished JAG effectiveness which reduces troop access to legal guidance.

Older Army Veterans remember what Special Training Company (STC) was. Imagine a short bus level intervention as a military disciplinary corrective action. I shudder to think that those sent to STC back in my time are now of the same caliber being hired by Krispy Gnome for ICE.
