And another instance of media (misframing), this time from Germany where a national broadcaster, reporting on the murder of Alex Pretti, referred to a "fatal gunfire exchange". There was, of course, no "exchange".

This is a disgraceful headline.
The shooting does not deepen the US "immigration crisis".
It deepens the US democratic crisis.
Of course, it's also the case the black and brown people have been facing state violence long before Trump without it making headlines.

Trump's "board of peace" seems mainly like a post-presidency grift for the trump family - yes a way to usurp the UN but also to keep monetizing the presidency out of office.
