Rockman 2 / Megaman 2 original art at the Capcom Exhibition in Tokyo. This was especially difficult to try to photograph without reflections, since it had at least 2 layers of animation cels on top of the background art board.

hey so has anyone noticed the fact that nintendo made a completely unannounced nerf to rapid blaster pro's ink consumption in 11.0.1 (NOT 11.0.0)?
because they did, it went from 8% to 9.12%

I’m working on a website that’ll allow community polls and I’m going to have the inaugural poll be voting on a few tournaments and assigning labels. The goal here is to calibrate towards what the community feels a “major” is. So! Any suggestion for tiers and tournaments to vote on is welcome
gas, but also should open the discussion again: what is a major? comp.splat.top is right there, and i think that we should use this tool in determining where tournaments rank relative to skill (would be nice to be able to input an event then receive a point total + a chart for Xpts = premier, major)
