Not a definitive diagnosis but I'm shocked the rheumatologist has actually used the EDS term despite me not presenting "typically".
Hopefully the first step in the road to some sort of dx, which will help connect all the dots.

The truth is that marginalised groups have been oppressed for centuries.
So you can't redress any balance unless you actively focus on those marginalised groups.
"Equality" isn't the goal... And especially when marginalised folk are already starting behind those with privilege.
