I think 99% of the problems would be solved if Bluesky detected that if you often have posts labeled, would ask in a prompt if your new post will need a label before letting you post it.

I agree on the latter point, although I do need to stress that it’s partly a UX failing if Bluesky users are not tagging properly. And the platform has to accept that and address

If the problem cannot be fixed by social engineering then it’s so much easier to just note an account is prone to posting adult content and have the system always flag them as posting adult content. At some point you have to accept human limitations and imperfections
