.方舟子. 3月15日川普宣布启用《外国敌人法》。根据这个法案，遣返200多名委内瑞拉移民（川普说这些委内瑞拉移民是委内瑞拉黑帮的成员）。但是现在委内瑞拉政府一般不接受美国遣返的移民，所以这些人就被用飞机送到了萨尔瓦多集中营。美国政府跟萨尔瓦多政府有一个协议，由萨尔瓦多提供监狱囚禁美国遣返的非法移民，美国政府给萨尔瓦多一笔钱。

特朗普对加拿大、墨西哥、中国商品加征关税一事已如箭在弦 (若无改变，将于明天生效)。加、墨已表示会反制，加拿大总统 “小土豆” 的反制宣言条理分明、语气温和而坚定，是特朗普这辈子都不会有的。特朗普此次针对的加、墨、中是美国最大的三个贸易伙伴 (美国的进口商品约四成来自于这三国)。这其中跟中国好歹是阵营对立且本已有脱钩之意，墨、加两国却前者非敌、后者是友，连谈判都没有就加征关税，实属抽风。关税这东西一旦征收就不易取消，且哪怕取消，物价也不会回到原点。嫌拜登任内物价太高而投特朗普票的人算是被涮了——虽然他们本就没什么记性。
