"There comes a point where we have to start questioning whether or not he’s actually aware of what’s happening around him & the harm he’s doing. It’s similar to historical figures like Nero or Caligula. Their madness took over & they started doing wildly destructive things. Trump is in that place."

I hope I am never so desperate that I beg, plead, prostrate myself, and extort people to get a prize given to them.

At this point I am honestly not sure why she got it, but that aside... how pathetic do you have to be?

A year ago all we heard about was the price of eggs. It’s still an issue: “The 0.7 percent jump in food prices from a month earlier was the largest one-month increase in grocery prices since October 2022. Compared with a year earlier food prices were up 3.1 percent.”

Trump’s claim that Whites have been harmed by modern society is the animating belief system of MAGA. www.ms.now/opinion/trum...

Philip Bump: President Trump said the civil rights movement led to white people being “very badly treated.” It is impossible to overstate how important this idea is to his politics.

As a professional musician, I’ve had the rug pulled out from under me many times and have had to change trajectories, including having to switch careers entirely after covid obliterated live performance for 1.5 years.

I did not react to this by becoming a fucking nazi

If this nation can afford attacks on random targets for sport and a president who flies home to his resort each weekend, they can certainly afford to pay a bevy of editors to redact victims on the Epstein files.

None of this needs legal review... None of it.

Any Democratic votes to fund DHS later this month as Minneapolis is being terrorized by DHS is going to be a major slap in the face to Americans living here. Demand major reforms or shut the government down.

I think it’s important to point out: ICE does NOT have the same authority as a police officer. They do NOT have the power to enforce laws, only to engage in their specific tasks.

IE: they don’t do traffic, etc. impeding traffic is not a penalty ICE can enforce against

While Stockman might be right about the credit card mumbo jumbo, neither "Keynesian deficits" nor "money-printing(which the Fed does not do) account for our economic woes. Bush inherited a budget surplus of $236 billion from Clinton in 2000. That turned into the Bush deficit of $413 billion in 2004

The woman in the video is not a screaming radical extremist bent on killing an ICE agent. The very last words she spoke, were conciliatory, not threatening. “That’s fine dude, I’m not mad at you.”

Here’s some things that can be done by a party out of power

- file impeachment articles every day in the House

- withhold unanimous consent in the senate and filibuster every nominee

- be everywhere with comms saying this is lawless and impeachable

Weird how when Democrats do the thing Republicans are so good at - screaming in unison immediately across all media until their narrative dominates - it actually works. Oust Schumer, Jeffries, and every other motherfucker who doesn’t get on board. It shouldn’t have taken this many travesties.
There's honestly been some pretty good news coverage tonight on TV regarding today's events. It's not a coincidence.

Like half a dozen prominent Democrats finally came out this afternoon and said ICE is terrorist trash led by a secretary who should be impeached and it flipped the whole narrative.

I am impeaching Secretary Kristi Noem, who is an incompetent leader and a disgrace to our democracy.

She wreaked havoc in the Chicagoland area and has brought her reign of terror to Minneapolis. One of her rogue ICE agents shot and killed an innocent woman today. It must come to an end.

They just did a massive increase last year for an all-time record military budget. Now Trump wants 50% more while we are approaching $40 trillion in debt.

The Mad King wants more war toys and his sycophants are afraid to say no.

It's also a stain on the @democrats.senate.gov who refused... REFUSED to do their job and their duty to investigate and hold hearings when they had the chance. Schumer and Durbin can't go soon enough.
Samuel Alito flew two flags used by insurrectionists.

Clarence Thomas' wife plotted to overturn the 2020 election.

Both justices refused to recuse themselves from SCOTUS cases related to the January 6th plot.

It's a stain on our nation that this has effectively been forgotten.

Everyone said Trump was DONE after January 6.

But NO ONE did their jobs to make that happen.
