We are still occupied. MPD is *still* cooperating w/the feds, despite the mayor saying they're not.

A couple weeks ago I was stopped for a "routine traffic stop" by the Secret Service (& no person they protect was anywhere nearby).

It's hell & folks are fighting.

Once again: this is also happening in DC. Still.

It feels like we’ve been forgotten, maybe because there aren’t huge confrontations to run photos of. But our neighbors are still being taken every day. Routine traffic stops are now done by 12+ feds alongside local police.

I was skeeting the other day about how I can see (or think I see) new muscle definition 😂. I'm objectively healthier than when I saw the pcp in March. When I saw him I wasn't working out at all really. Now I move at least 3 days a week

Even when it's not good it sucks when folks remove it from your life 😂. Like you already know you can take it, and what it feels like. And then BAM, you back on the streets about to add another number to your tally board, cause some bum don't want to play hide the sausage with you any longer 😂

Not getting on the scale until at least next Monday or Tuesday. My fat ass has ate some feelings this week. No reason to depress myself when I know I've been off the plan playing hungry hungry hippopotamus with caramel popcorn and lasagna
