Lrp also keep in mind that making money off creative work isn't for everyone. Some people give it a go and find they prefer to do it as a hobby, and that's fine, it's valid. Its ok to not want to sacrifice the required time and energy for it.

Ok, @lumpley.bsky.social & I have been very up-front over the years on our sales data & etc, so here's a thing, & thanks Will, for bringing it up. Starting a career in #ttrpgs means making games. it means writing in a goggle doc or notebook, trying mechanics with a friend, finding 3 folks to play.

I don't really see any false vision of success — virtually anybody who talks about it is very up front, and people who ask about "starting a career in games" get told very plainly that the only way to have money while working in RPGs is to start with money.

It's Pistolheart preview day!

This is the subclass that inspired the entire project. The Warrior who answers the Call of the Pistolero is the master of the quickdraw, able to clear leather faster than anyone.

Hi! I am alive! Better yet...I finally, FINALLY got a new job! 🥳

I had a wild two month ride of quitting and transitioning to a new job. I was even able to quit the weekend job. I hope to start my next video soon and to get back to my novel draft so it can get published in fall.
