I know instant pots aren't the popular gadget anymore but I made pulled pork, chicken tikka and a masoor dal in mine today. That's 3 meals in a very short time and it meant I had my stove top to cook other things that don't go in the pot

I don't celebrate VD day but I did spend $40 at my favorite Latin bakery on 6 pastries.
