The list is entirely too long, but one that’s always stuck out to me as an absolute disaster was the cancellation of the B-Body in 1996.

It absolutely has a direct connection to the blow up in SUV sales, and the murder-machines they became.

I’ve seen people trying to make offices more like homes - that won’t work, either!

Terrible use of desk space, here. Bad ergonomics. No signs to indicate desk numbers. This is likely a hotelling nightmare.
