NEW FOSTER ALERT

This is Ruby. She's a muted calico, which is pretty rare -- it's only slightly more common than a male calico.

Ruby is small (7#) and young (~2 years) and very very sweet. She loves cuddles, climbing, and cuddles. Our neighbor, North End Catz, caught her & asked us to foster.

A sleepy muted calico cat wants to know why you keep waving that rectangle around when you could be petting her instead

#Dougal didn't come to the kitchen for breakfast yesterday and we knew something was wrong. He's only 3. He is at the emergency vet, being treated for pleural effusion. Won't know more until they get the fluid from his lung. Good vibes welcome. 😭

I adopted Cookie almost 3 months ago and she is almost 17 months old so not kitten any longer but she loves those little plastic springs. For free, she loves batting the caps off milk carton and a straw I cut in thirds and diving under newspaper/brown paper from Amazon packages.
