I didn't think I had M/CAS (slash to avoid coming up in searches) but taking Zyrtec twice a day for two weeks so far seems to have helped a lot with my digestive issues :O

Sometimes I think I'm not as online as people I know but I'm starting to think I'm just as online but on a very different part of the Internet (Chinese machinery reviews, isekai Cdramas, German brain rot rave videos, etc)

I am currently in the hell of having to do esoteric labs that Qu*st and LabC*rp do not do, so I have to either beg my primary care's office to draw blood for me or hire a mobile phlebotomist and then mail the blood myself. This is very not fun.
