I just went to the House floor to demand that Speaker Johnson swear in Adelita Grijalva, but the GOP gaveled out without even recognizing us.

We’re not going anywhere. I’m here with Leader Jeffries and Adelita Grijalva. Speaker Johnson must swear her in.

NEW: House Judiciary's Jamie Raskin is echoing Jack Smith's demand for public hearings:

"I am now calling on you to accept Mr. Smith's offer to testify at a public hearing so the American people can all hear directly from him on the matters we will be questioning him about." tinyurl.com/yrmrdr3t
BREAKING:

Jack Smith is requesting that Congress and the Justice Dept. let him testify in public.

In new letters to the House and Senate Judiciary Committees, Smith says he wants to testify "in open hearings" because of "the many mischaracterizations" around his investigations.

Here's a list of the dozens of CEOs, real estate moguls, defense contractors, telecom companies, Big Tech companies, crypto guys and otherwise really rich people financing the construction of Trump's ballroom as he demolishes the White House www.huffpost.com/entry/trump-...

Trump may have destroyed American history by razing the East Wing, but at least these corporations and rich people get to buy access to the president.

President began demolishing the East Wing of the WH to build there his $200M+ ballroom.

East Wing was built in 1942 during the presidency of FDR. It was constructed to cover the bunker that he used during WWII and the President's Emergency Operations Center.

Speaker Johnson is right—he has NO strategy to reopen the government and keep health care premiums from skyrocketing.

Here's an idea: work WITH Democrats if you want our votes and COMPROMISE.

Ready whenever you are.

Even in Texas, even under corrupt Trump administration, clean energy is gaining on fossil fuel. A. It costs less. B. It’s cleaner. C. It’s faster to build.

This is just an 18-page ruling, and it very succinctly goes through the many issues being discussed in these cases quite well.

"Republicans are on an unprecedented five week recess from Congress because they don't want to talk about why they're cutting health care to pay for a billionaire tax cut, and they don't want to talk about the President's lawlessness and corruption."

This is an emergency. In a month, health premiums are going to go up by 75%, ruining families' lives. What's happening in Chicago, where people's rights are being obliterated, is an emergency. What the FCC is doing - censoring our political speech - is an emergency.

Seriously, Judges *do no do things like this*

They don't give their opinion to the media

They don't criticize how SCOTUS works

This is them breaking the emergency glass, folks
