It was really helpful for my dysphoria when I realized that I actually had a lot of the same insecurities as cis women (not petite enough, not pretty enough, boobs look funny, etc). Girl problems are girl problems, cis or trans.

Something I’ve learned from being friends with cis women is that I share most of my problems and anxieties with them. There’s actually very little that is uniquely a trans woman issue and most are woman issues
