What a thrill to finally share my piece on two of my favorite games: Snake Eater & Guns of the Patriots. I interrogate how Kojima shows us cyclical violent worlds but still attempts to guide us toward non-violence (in sometimes questionable ways).

this is, once again, going to be a terrible idea a la the ABC Scrubs era, but i am mostly just amazed at how little Donald Faison and Judy Reyes have aged in the last fifteen years since the terrible Med School season ended
