This is an excellent analogy, because my recollection from grade school is that the pen on the right looks fun and exciting, and then you play with it for a few minutes and realize it's not actually useful for anything and in fact makes some tasks more cumbersome, and never think about it again.
yeah, just out of interest, how many people choose the pen on the right for real work or art? See a lot of them in professional workplaces, do you?

Pretending for a moment that the season is definitely happening according to this schedule…good to see that they’ve expanded the timetable for a 44-game season from last year by 3 weeks (8 days at the start, 13 at the end).
WNBA announces it will tip-off the 2026 season on May 8 and end on Sept. 24. The season will be 44 games long.
The Toronto Tempo will debut on May 8 against the Mystics.
The Portland Fire debut May 9 against the Chicago Sky.
Liberty-Sun on May 8. Wings-Fever on May 9.
Now, to just agree on a CBA.
