All of them tend to be transactional--I'll do something for you if you do something for me. Therefore, in order to change their motivations, you have to engage in some unsavory practices. And then he has you.

I am amazed that Orange Julius Caesar is proud to claim ownership of this awful plan. If accepted by Russia (still highly doubtful), this peace agreement will easily go down in history as an even worse betrayal than the Munich agreement.
