What's done is done. Trump, without consulting anyone, has demolished the East Wing of the WH. But now he plans to build a ballroom that will almost double the size of the White House residence. Ideally, construction of this monstrosity must be stopped immediately.

Regarding Trump's latest unhinged "truth" Sunday, and the reaction to it, I just have to say something:

After almost 10 years of this crap, you would think we would have figured it out by now--Trump does this in order to distract us from some other outrage or scandal he is involved in.

Meanwhile media are already publishing Ukraine's additional demands and amendments to Russia's 28-pt Dim-Wit plan.

Not good enough, Tim. You have to thank Trump every day, and tell him he is the best and biggliest supporter that Ukraine has ever had!
Post Geneva update:

Ukraine's leadership thank Trump + the U.S.
November 23, 2025 at 8:49 PM
Trump: But Ukraine never thanked us!

For what? Stopping direct arms sales and transfers, withdrawing financial and USAID support, etc.?

Thanks a lot, Trump! Now, please, just go away.

Head of Ukraine's negotiating team made a point of thanking "our big friends" Trump and the United States.

Andriy Yermak also said they'd made "very good progress and are moving towards a just and lasting peace. The Ukrainian people deserve and want this more than ever."

Anything from the Trump administration, including from it's more competent members, such as Rubio, must be considered as just more "blah, blah, blah, blah, blah."
1/
Geneva UPD:

Marco Rubio says changes are being made to the "surrender" 28-pt, Moscow written plan.

The US Sec of State described today's meeting with Ukraine's contingent as "the most productive and meaningful of the peace process so far."
November 23, 2025 at 8:43 PM
Trump's post is simply a distraction from his and Putin's ridiculous peace proposal, which was intended to distract us from the scandal involving the Epstein files.

Just because Trump's attention flits from one crazy idea to another doesn't mean that we have to follow along with him.
OMG! NURSE!!
TACO Trump needs his meds again.

Despite Zelenskyy saying thanks to partners in every social media post & evening broadcast, frequently naming the US & Trump himself, Agent Orange again turns against the democratically elected Ukrainian leader, with this factual incorrect toddler rant.

💔 Ukraine.
Meanwhile, in Ternopil' the unimaginable pain.

Father Kamal cradles the coffin of his son as he buries his family. He was photographed keeping vigil for 3 days outside the apartment bombed by Russia.

Mother Mariia and children Kamila + Nazarchyk were just 3 of the 33 victims.

Gee, what do all of these have in common? 1) These jobs are primarily held by women, that 2) largely serve the poor and underserved communities.
This is catastrophic. We have a severe provider shortage in u.s. healthcare, and a dire need for policies to replenish our workforce. This is the opposite. This just makes a critical situation far worse, limiting the ability of people to seek these degrees when they otherwise would.
ICYMI Dept of Education will no longer considers these professional degrees:

Nursing
Public health
Social work
Physician assistant
Occupational therapy
Physical therapy
Audiology
Speech-language pathology
Social work
Counseling & therapy
Health Admin

A smaller health workforce makes us all sicker

Russian drones have caused injuries in Dnipro tonight.

The region was attacked first, but I'll begin in the city where a block of flats caught fire.
This may have been caused by drone debris rather than a direct hit.

Do me a favor and forward this post. This needs to get out to everyone. We need to be unified.
Congress, pay attention. We the People decide where our money goes — not the President. And we are demanding full support for Ukraine, with everything they need to win. Trump does not hold the power of the purse. The American people do. Act accordingly.

Ding dong, the wicked witch will resign from Congress. So, why did MTG quit, and what is her next move?

First, I don't think she quit because she's afraid. She has enough money now to afford security for her and her family for long after Trump is gone.

Mainly, she did it for the money.

If you want to understand the Russian invasion of Ukraine from a European geopolitical perspective, you can't go wrong with Anders Puck Nielson. He nails it every single time. Here, he talks about Putin's real goal in proposing his most recent peace deal with Ukraine.

@eeriknkross.bsky.social worked out the "DimWit" surrender plan contains 150% more violations than points drawn up by Dmitriev.. sorry, I mean the White House.. or maybe not!

Sorry it's too long to screenshot all

More Russian "liberation."
Ternopil' - another body is reported to have been recovered from the rubble. I have not seen official confirmation, but it's almost certain to be correct.

Death toll now 33. Murdered by Russia.

Life will go from daily and nightly bomb and missile attacks, to daily and nightly arrests, imprisonment, and torture for Ukrainians living in the surrendered territories. Some may even be transported to Siberia in an effort to "Russify" the population.
With Trump + his spineless followers desperate to give away Donetsk, it's worth remembering the people living there, whose lives will be ripped apart.

Recently @annabowles.bsky.social was in Kramatorsk & told the moving story of volunteer Ivanna. Please read!

"The heart of Kramatorsk is war"
The army keeps Ukraine going, and sometimes civilian volunteers keep the army going. As well as taking me on a supply run to a unit base, Ivanna told me about her absolute dedication to the cause.

It's now 75 hours since the deliberate massacre of civilians by Russia in Ternopil and emergency services are still working on site. 7 people are still unaccounted for.

Another body was found during the night, so now 32 killed including 6 kids, with a further 94 injured.

US Army Secretary Dan Driscoll warned NATO allies that if Ukraine doesn’t sign the peace deal by Thursday, the terms will become significantly harsher. Driscoll, now Trump’s special envoy on the peace plan, made the statement in Kyiv after talks with Zelensky, The Guardian reports.

The Putin-Trunp peace plan for Ukraine should be more accurately called the Putin-Trunp piece of Ukraine plan.
November 22, 2025 at 3:50 PM
Zelenskyy's basic strategy should be to stall. Say that with the exception of surrendering the Donbas, he accepts the basic principles of the deal, but many ambiguities still need to be worked out. Point out that any agreement must include Europe's concerns, as well. Refuse to be rushed by Trump.

Former 20 year president of the Council on Foreign Relations, Richard Haass, says the Putin-Trunp Ukraine peace agreement goes against the usual practice of working with your allies to negotiate an agreement and then presenting it to your adversary. But, what if Russia is Trump's ally?
