I think it’s TERFs are definitely to blame and the media of pushing Esther down a wrong path and Esther is responsible for choosing to go down that wrong path and diminish the memory of her daughter. She’s been exploited in grief but anything in grief you remain responsible for words and actions

Her mother keeps deadnaming her too. I have a horrible suspicion that her murder and the traumatic nature of it have sent her spiralling down a dark denialist path in an effort to cope. In explaining her death as caused by her phone and by social media, she is avoiding the real fact of it.

I find the problem that should be campaigned on is preventing further attacks on Brianna Ghey. Not seeing those like Brianna Ghey as the ones that should have to be careful and that what they have done or are doing is the problem.
Oh are we doing that whole bit again where we pretend Brianna Ghey died because of social media rather than because of the people who stabbed her 28 times.
