(continued) the paramedics arrived in about 5 minutes or so and they were able to get me back in bed. No problem and from there I was able to reset myself and thank them all. Tell them I appreciated them. Same with my caretaker for calling for them, told my POA about it, and I am fine, just sore.

(continued) we tried several ways to get me back up, but none of them worked and my knee was starting to really hurt on the hardwood floor, so we had to call the paramedics. Paramedics, I in the meantime basically just said you know I'm going to sit down on the floor. (Continued)

Well that finally happened, I fell. I was trying to transfer from my chair to my walker and it was too far a distance to move forward, my legs were too tired, and my arms were too sore, and I couldn't make the distance so fell to one knee and couldn't get back up. (Continued)
