I'm autistic (I have been diagnosed last year), and even before knowing that, I have always been able to relate to Rosangela Blackwell (or Rosa) in Blackwell Legacy. Her fear of talking to people. Her difficulties to express herself verbally, to the point that she can be seen has a cold person.

If you like modern Point'n Click (puzzles are logic and easier than those in LucasArts games), I highly recommend the Blackwell series, and also other games developed or published by Wadjet Eye Games (especially Old Skies and The Excavation of Hob's Barrow).

I really liked Old Skies. I was seriously impressed. I was left with a lot of questions in a way that was satisfying and not frustrating. They threaded the needle so well and the whole cast acted their butts off
