Crunch is bad but I think the worst thing is how much it's normalized because you should be happy to work in games / working in games isn't REAL work. Truckers have regulations for how long they can drive at a time for reasons!!! Destroying people won't make your games better!!!!!!

funniest thing is i actually had a dilbert hyperfixation as a young kid, inexplicably. got the anniversary hardcover big and heavy enough to kill a cat. maybe that book could've been used to silence scott adams sooner, if someone had thought of it

LRT i just honed in on how i dont want to post my work, incl. NDA work, on a platform that scrapes with AI, and how bad AI content is probably a lawsuit waiting to happen. that and id cancel my nitro/move my work elsewhere lol

Not to dissuade folks from leaving passionate long messages about the importance of the human condition here but they 100% won't care about why, ethically, they shouldn't use AI. Instead I would just tell them you'll never spend money on their shit again or at least add it into ur response somewhere
