If it's enough for a mortgage payment, then that, immediately. Then I could teach from home, host rehearsals (and visiting friends!), look into fostering (kittens, puppies, kids...), teach a little less, write more, maybe even design more knitting patterns. It would be nice to be creative again.
Honest question: If everyone got Universal Basic Income, no strings attached, what would YOU do with it?

I had about a dozen things I really needed to get done this weekend, plenty of time to theoretically do them, aaaaaand yeahno, executive dysfunction + ADHD paralysis mean I did like, half a thing. So now it's half past four in the morning and I can't sleep because I didn't do the things. *sigh*

If anybody bans caffeine we're in REEEAAAALLY big trouble. (Says the person who needs around 400mg a day at LEAST just to function... and has been drinking double black espressos since the age of 15, throw in Jolt cola in college and energy drinks now...)
I keep saying this but it’s at least very interesting that many doctors didn’t think ADHD persisted into adulthood until you couldn’t buy Ritalin over the counter anymore and most people stopped smoking.
yeah tbh I’d really rather be on ADHD meds and NOT have to develop a two pack a day cigarette habit as someone who’s never smoked before just to function

Sometimes when people ask me why I’m wearing a mask I say I’m traveling or have some important thing soon and can’t afford to get sick and miss it and that’s pretty much always true but I think it would be nice if it were more normalized to just say “I don’t want to get sick” and leave it at that

I had an almost-but-not-quite-asleep semi-hallucination that is my first decent worldbuilding idea in I don't know how long and now I'm trying to come up with a plot to kick off in it and the one that keeps banging to be let out is dystopian and like, NO, brain, we have enough of that already... 😝

Started today with this, two tows and two shops and two tires put me close to meltdown, my 3:00 is ecstatic because she has her first girlfriend, my 5:00 is devastated because her mother has passed away, this day is a mad roller coaster and I'm DONE. If anyone needs me, check the blanket fort. 😵💫
