“Until our last day in Israeli prison, they cut us and hit us and abused us. We endured every kind of torture, emotional and physical.

“We couldn’t even sleep. They threatened us with our children. They told me they killed my children. They told us that Gaza was destroyed. I arrived here and found that everything was gone. It looked like the end of the world. Everything is different.”

Bad idea. If you get hit in or near the eye with pepper balls or other munitions, the swim goggles can pop your eye out.

Full safety goggles that have ballistic testing are the much safer option. You can seal the vents with duck tape.

Pro tip to reporters and protesters: always have swim goggles in your pockets or bags. They’re small, $10 and if tear gas is used, slip them on & no matter how much you cough, you’ll still be able to SEE without burning eyes.

I have a hard time selling magnets for some reason. Ornaments do well enough but hard to keep those on the cheap. Event magnets are hard to keep cheap
