increase his own NP gauge/lowers ally gauges by same
speed up skill cds for party/decrease HP
charms 1 enemy regardless of gender

NP random debuffs to everyone on the field. Enemies and allies get same debuffs from cast

Thinking about the AI Art/placeholder thing, a thing I think about a lot is how much art back in the 90s and early 2000s online was black and white, pencil sketches, w/e. The standard of refinement has gone up, but are we better for it?? Does a game need tons of portraits or even voice acting???
