Currently Oceanink comes to mind, specially as they are really well organized, and I believe one of the most important communities from Oceania, but I think they can struggle on meeting that quota.

Gen question, what about regions where they don’t have a ton of population playing or using Sendou, but they are actively playing? Examples like Oceania and LATAM comes on my mind d, so I wonder how they can continue working with this new rule
