If RFK Jr is not replaced as HHS head, along with his various lackeys (Bhattacharya, Hoeg, Prasad, Makary, Kulldorf, etc) before the midterm elections, I really don't see how the USA regains any international credibility in health sciences in my lifetime. Clock is ticking.

The thing about online hate is that it goes offline & is dangerous. In my case, it would often start with clip of Conservative politician making a personal attack in Question Period, rage farming outlets would promote, bots & trolls pile on, algorithms amplify.
