Every day i go back and forth about whether i should stay. Bide my time, wait until I match a hospital and pass my boards... then ill really make moves. Im sick of waiting. Another yr in fuckin limbo in a situation idk if it's real or not.

Equipoise means that no-one is exposed to excess risk just to test the therapy. That's specifically *why* vaccine trials don't use placebo arms.
