Radiohead were phenomenal at the O2 tonight. 2 hours of magic.

Why does Joe always look so unhappy with his juice? Has he just been told the price?

I really liked Steven Soderbergh’s Black Bag. A quirky low key relationship drama in disguise as a spy thriller. Recommended.

In the last few weeks I’ve seen both Chiwetel Ejiofor and Kiera Knightley while out and about in London. If I see Andy Lincoln I’m taking it as a sign that the universe wants me to watch Love Actually.

This is the kind of show that doesn’t come around very often, where within half an episode something about the way it’s written/shot/acted clicks with you and you just know you’ll have to watch every second of it.

Can’t wait to see where Vince and team are headed. Really impressive.

Ooh, look what you made me (Dan Castellaneta) do.
Taylor Swift should write and record more songs about The Simpsons seasons 2-9

If you’ve ever wondered what standing behind Chiwetel Ejiofor in Cafe Nero would be like, I can confirm he’s very well dressed and extremely polite 👍

The big man Ridley Scott at BFI Southbank. Very funny, very northern, absolutely zero bullshit.

I thought this was magnificent.

The fact that Nick Offerman really likes Highlander is further proof that he’s one of the good ones.

This was good and deserved to do better at the box office. Properly crafted and heartfelt, not cynical production line slop.

When you don’t get a Radiohead unlock code despite being a die hard fan for 30 years.

The discourse around this film and this trailer is completely unhinged.

This looks incredible imho.

At the very least the actors are talented and Emerald Fennell is an interesting filmmaker with a great eye for a striking image.
Watch the teaser trailer for Emerald Fennell's adaptation of Wuthering Heights starring Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi 🥀

In theaters February 13, 2026 via Warner Bros. Pictures

I’m at a meat festival. The best kind of festival.

One consequence of being obsessed with The Sopranos from an early age is that whenever Journey’s Don’t Stop Believing comes on in a pub (which it does a lot), I instantly get choked up at the thought of Tony, Carmella & AJ sat in that little booth trying to enjoy one last family meal before the end…

So great to see the greatest actor of his generation return to the big screen where he belongs…

…also nice to see Daniel Day-Lewis again.

Excellent thread. Some of the most incisive film (and political) criticism I’ve read in ages.
In the 1997 film 𝘈𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯 𝘗𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘴: 𝘐𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘔𝘢𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘔𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘺, spy/lothario Austin Powers is unthawed after 30 years in cryogenic stasis. I don’t often go long on here but I feel the need to address something that’s been nagging at me. 🧵 (1/X)

Just out of Weapons, Zach Cregger’s follow up to Barbarian.

It’s good! Funny and creepy in equal measure with a lot of nightmarish imagery, ‘holy shit’ moments and allegory that I’m still mulling over.

Feels like a modern fairy tale.

First time visiting Belfast. It’s such a great city and I’ll definitely be back. Feels a lot like Glasgow (highly complimentary).

My expectations were low but this was good fun.

The cast has bags of charisma and great chemistry, and sometimes that’s all you need. I also liked the optimistic 1960s vision of the future.

Marvel could do a lot worse than base the MCU around them going forward.

The absolute best TV show you’ve never seen. A one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

And currently impossible to stream legally in the UK.

It’s very hard to even track down any DVD copies.

But if you can find it, I promise you won’t regret watching it.
