I think you're on to something.

I also have a pet theory that Leto thought he was supposed to be another Leonard DiCaprio. They both came up at the same time and both had that Tiger Beat thing going on.

It explains why he chases clout and does all this "method" bullshit.

I recently saw a red carpet interview for Tron: Ares where they were talking to Evan Peters. Leto comes up behind him, puts his hand on Peters' chest and unloads a bunch of platitudes like "This guy is the best, generational talent, etc." and the look of discomfort on Peters' face had me screaming.

I am *very* into Tron and especially the design of the last two films.

I will say, if there is any upshot to the failure of Tron: Ares, it's that the mask is finally off when it comes to Leto.

The personal allegations against him have always been icky, but I'm hearing more and more people talk about how he's *never* been a box office draw - and I'm here for it.

I can accept that Tron is a very niche property. But Disney could have at least helped themselves out *a little* by picking anyone other than Leto as the face of the last installment.

I need the Cubs to win Game 3 of the ALDS this afternoon not only to prevent a shutout but because Game 4 would be tomorrow. I work tomorrow and the guy I work with is a MAJOR Cubs fan. I kind of want to watch him lose his mind for a couple of hours.
