An obscure piece of #Splatterhouse artwork most likely featured on a Japanese magazine, just in time for Halloween season. Removed a small element from the top left side, taking few liberties, applying the usual upscale/clan/retouch process. No clue on the artist.

Image depicts the main protagonist Rick holding a 2x4 with both hands, sporting his hockey mask and blue outfit with a monster with huge sharp claws standing next to him. This monster strangely resembles the Tyrant from the Resident Evil series.

I found out one of my Siouxsie CD sets comes with a DVD full of live TV appearances. Just sitting here enraptured by how good they are, and wondering when exactly it happened to me that they became far and away my favorite band

This is one where glimpsing the cover in the video store horror aisle stuck with me for most of my life. I finally watched it last year and it absolutely kicks ass, just a really fun cyberpunk horror b-movie.

Don't know if these count as canonical but nobody used to know what Messiah of Evil was and everybody apparently hated Halloween III: Season of the Witch.

Honestly, calling SotW a bad movie even just within the context of the Halloween franchise is nuts
