The House would almost certainly go blue, and maybe the Senate as well—though it’d previously been thought not to be in play at all. TN-7 is an R+22 district that may end up R+6 today—that spells Apocalypse for MAGA.

Reinstates fired federal workers. Prevents admin from re-firing them. SNAP funding for a year, and an ACA vote in December.
