I don't think people outside of Oklahoma can fully appreciate just how insane Walters is.

Unfortunately, I think politics in this country will go even lower than where we're at and I think people like Walters are in the vanguard of that effort.

Next year. Yes, he's likely to win because he has an 'R' after his name. Oklahoma has straight ticket voting and many here vote straight Republican. I know people who voted straight ticket last time but swear they didn't vote for Walters (They absolutely did).

I wouldn't want the tapes released. They're evidence. The statute for bribery is five years IIRC. If there's a next administration, I would think they could still indict him if that's warranted.
