Europe needs to get its diplomatic thumb out of its diplomatic arse and realise that the USA is no longer an ally.

I’m no political leader, but frankly the only terms I believe Putin should be ALLOWED to negotiate is how immediately he will withdraw from Ukraine and what restitutions Russia will make.
