According to news portal T-Online, Witkoff had a connections to 🇷🇺 mobster Anatoly Golubchik who played a central role in a gambling ring based in New York's Trump Tower. The case also involved money laundering totaling approximately $100 M. Golubchik was sentenced to five years in prison in 2014.

🇬🇪 It’s been a year since continuous protests began in Georgia. On Nov 28, PM Irakli Kobakhidze announced that Georgia is halting its EU accession talks. The movement has faced brutal crackdowns, repression, and ever-stricter laws, yet the protests continue.

We can do stuff in Europe: a Lithuanian start-up (Astrolight) with funding from ESA, is building an Optical Ground Station with Denmark being project manager and it will serve much more than just NATO purposes.

Expect a lot more of this stuff after the big budget increase that ESA got today at CM25

Just like that. After a week of frantic diplomacy and U.S. threats against Ukraine, Putin rejects ANY agreement.

The only path forward is pressure on Russia to change this stance—sanctions and resumed US military assistance to Ukraine. Otherwise, the last 10 months were a waste.
