Next week the Colts are going to announce they are having Phil Rivers head put on Anthony Richardson's body.
The Colts are opening the 21-day practice window for QB Anthony Richardson, just to get him on the field. Coach Shane Steichen said he still has some vision limitations, so not fully and 100% clear. But small progress for him to practice.
