What I'm used to is it being really hard to fall asleep but then sleeping deeply once I do, this restless sleep is horrible and I hate it

I've been doing my gentle stretches and meditation and all that shit and I take my meds and I've even been forgoing my edible bc one of my psychiatrists told me that it can actually make sleep worse even if it makes you feel sleepy

Back simply to wail that my farm box today consists of a GIANT thing of collard greens, a bag of spinach, and fucking bok choy, how am I supposed to eat this many greens in the two days before they start turning slimy in my fridge

Only perfect candidates off the harvard law conveyor belt pls, highly disciplined, all boxes checked, well liked and humble, absolutely no spiritual connection to having a physical body except for severe IBS, volunteered at a soup kitchen in high school, signs email "cheers," etc.
