Still not convinced a bird is capable of this. Gaslighting pigeon. There is no fucking way that a bird can do that. Reads like a lesson in bullying. Maybe the pigeon would make a great driver! But everyone refuses to give him a chance. Yelling “No!” at one trying to achieve something new is a really negative message. The book series highlights the community gleefully mocking the frustrated pigeon for no reason. What did the driver know of the pigeon’s potential? Why blindly follow the advice of the authority who walked off the job irresponsibly? Superficially cute if you want to train kids to be mean. Use as a cautionary tale to teach how not to act. Isn’t the phase when kids shout no all the time one that parents hope kids grow out of?

What does this MEAN
The amendment, which was tabled by a vote of 76 to 24, sought to preserve the hemp framework established under the 2018 farm bill eliminating the section of the package that rewrites the federal definition of legal hemp. That provision replaces the long-standing 0.3% delta-9 THC dry-weight limit with an across-the-board cap of 0.4 milligrams total THC per product. It also places new restrictions on cannabinoids that are produced outside the plant’s natural processes and prohibits the sale of “intermediate” hemp-derived compounds commonly used in manufacturing.
