This is exactly what Dems will run on because god forbid they run on a platform of helping people or addressing the rampant fascism spreading rapidly throughout the country
The president is a political cartoon of corruption come to life, a gaudy grifter who is selling off pardons and lining his pockets, building a golden ballroom and protecting his fellow sex predator elites, all the while regular Americans are suffering and struggling to make ends meet.

Run on *that*

“Strong floor, no ceiling” is perfect for centrists because it is absolute meaningless drivel
No value, no villain, no vision. Sounds like the tagline for the earnings call of a collapsing appliance retailer

Al Franken playing a fake senator in The Residence is certainly not the weirdest thing happening in politics, but it is still so very weird.

Went to a tree lighting tonight, and my four year old wanted to sit in my lap, so we sat like that for about 45 minutes, sharing a lemonade and talking. Just the two of us.

Easily one of the best nights of my life.

It’s super fun having a new baby and wondering if he’ll die from an easily preventable disease because the dumbest people alive are running the government
Vinay Prasad of the FDA claims that he has proof that 10 children died from COVID19 vaccines, so the FDA will now target flu shots, look at whether people should receive multiple vaccines at the same time, and make the vaccine approval process significantly more difficult.
FDA to impose strict new vaccine requirements, claiming child covid shot deaths
Vinay Prasad, the nation’s top vaccine regulator, said his team concluded that coronavirus shots were linked to children’s deaths, necessitating a new approach.

IMO, it raises the question of how useful are executives?
A study by Dayforce shows 87% of executives use AI for work, compared to 57% of managers and just 27% of employees.

I think this explains the massive disconnect we see in how CEOs talk about AI versus everyone else. It also raises the question of how useful it truly is for frontline work?
Execs are embracing AI more than their employees are, new research suggests
Research from HR software company Dayforce suggests that executives are leaning into AI far more than their employees.

Let me see if I have this right: On more than one occasion, Sony has thought the thing audiences desperately want is a Sinister Six franchise but thought nobody would want to see Kpop Demon Hunters?

I don’t know why people are complaining. I think the Stranger Things cast hasn’t aged out of playing high schoolers.

“Nobody cares about dinosaurs” is a worse concept than anything else the Jurassic Park franchise has ever done. And I do include the talking raptor in that.
