Yes, every arrest is fascism. Every court case is fascism. All things are fascism. Fascism is anything you believe it can be.
In all sincerity, sir, what say you @radiofreetom.bsky.social ? Would it be appropriate to call ICE, specifically, a fascist arm of the current regime?

Premise is there's numerous former Trump supporters (a) with a change of heart (b) who will change back if Dems don't flatter them. There are trivially few such people, if any.
In reality, Dems need to win back nonvoters. They won't do that by trying to placate Trumpers, they'll just look weak.

Saving America from Trump and preserving our democracy explicitly requires that people who voted for Trump change their mind. Which in turn requires that those who didn’t vote for Trump show grace and empathy to those whose change of heart came from being hurt by the guy they voted for…

Unpopular opinion:
1)What is happening in America is hugely concerning.
2) It is in both Britain‘s and Europe's interest to work closely together.
3) Neither Brits nor Europeans can afford to openly break with the US right now.
4) Making the most of that impossible situation is very hard.
