I just feel so tired and sad today. Dad seems to have gone right back to being in denial about mom being abusive again and when I asked, I found out he stopped going to therapy. It gets harder to set boundaries with him around her when he gets like this.

Also, what is price transparency going to do? It doesn’t matter how much the surgery or treatment is - it’s not exactly comparison shopping. If every hospital charges $100,000 for a treatment it doesn’t matter that they’re transparent. You either pay it or die. They know that.
